A few weeks late, but...
Friends, I am sure that you have all been missing my posts here at LancesWorld. Let me assure you that there is a good reason for the delay! Do you feel assured now? Good.
And now, the Lance-centric news: I have just returned from yet another trip abroad, this time to Germany. A couple of months back I decided that it would be fun to take a random trip to Germany, so I roped my friend Sarah into going with me. We flew there last Thursday and then returned on Sunday. We were on the ground in Germany for less than 48 hours, but I feel like we accomplished a LOT while we were there. On the top of my list of accomplishments was that I was able to consume 7 or more liters of beer during the trip. Now, to be fair, all 7 liters were not consumed at the same time, but still, for 48 hours, that's quite a lot. You might think that all we did was drink, but not so. We also toured the Old City, visited the Frauen Kirche, ate delicious food, shopped, visited a museum that neither of us had been to before, and did some general exploring. It was a good trip.
Finally, before I wrap up this entry, let me assure you that I do still intend on posting more about my trip to India - I just have to get around to DOING it. Of course, we all know what they say... The road to Hell is paved with good intentions.
