A Successful Start

vegdinner.jpgPictured here was my first foray into vegetarian cooking. On tonight's menu, my own personal ceration: Spicy Soy Sausage and Spinach Farfalle Bake with corn and a side of iPod. Quite tasty, even if this picture from my camera phone doesn't look terribly amazing.

Yummmm...may I have a serving of iPod please? This delicious sounding dish looks like it could last you all week! I know you....you have NEVER eaten leftovers! What gives?

It is not true that I have NEVER eaten leftovers. There was that one time in 1993. Seriously, when you are cooking for one, it's hard not to have something leftover, especially when you make a dish like this. I am anticipating that it will last me several days.
